FAQ

Q: How long do your products take to ship? A: Once you place your order and receive an order confirmation, your order will be shipped according to the estimate listed under the "Add to cart" button. A tracking number will be emailed once it is shipped. Shipping times may vary based on location and tier. Q: I have not received any confirmation/shipping emails. A: Make sure to check your promotions or other tabs in your inbox, as our email commonly gets delivered there. Also make sure to check your junk/spam inboxes. Q: I received an email saying my order was delivered, and/or the tracking number reports that it was delivered, even though my order was not delivered. A: Your order/items was delivered to USPS or a delivery facility, and it may take an additional 1-3 days to be delivered to you. Q: Why can't I get a refund or return? A: All our products are custom made to order based on your selections, so we do not offer refunds or returns, as these cannot be resold. Q: I received incorrect or damaged goods. A: Please contact us at [email protected] with full details, pictures, and videos if necessary, and we will forward your request to our supplier for a reprint.
